From now on, we will regularly visit someone who works at Strijp-T. This time, we will visit Angela Eijsbouts, HR Manager at Additive Industries.

What does your company do?

"Additive Industries offers solutions in the field of integrated industrial 3D metal printing systems. With this, our customers can efficiently produce 24/7 by integrating multiple process steps. Six years ago, I joined the company and there were about 35 people working at Strijp-S. Our headquarters is now located at Strijp-T and we now have almost 100 employees worldwide."

What is your role?

"As Human Resources Manager, I am responsible for attracting and developing talent worldwide. We provide support to our team managers and team members to be the best version of themselves. The professional High Tech appearance of our building helps with this. You work in an inspiring and pleasant work environment here. The dynamics are palpable as you walk around."

Who would you like to go to the T with and why?

"Another major company at Strijp-T is Ennatuurlijk. I would like to meet with the HR manager of this company and gain inspiration on how they creatively deal with the same issues that we are facing."
