Angela Eijsbouts from Additive Industries

From now on we will regularly visit someone who works at Strijp-T. This time with Angela Eijsbouts, HR Manager at Additive Industries.

What does your company do?

“Additive Industries offers solutions in the field of integrated industrial 3D metal printing systems. This enables our customers to produce efficiently 24/7 by integrating multiple process steps. Six years ago I joined and about 35 people were working at Strijp‑S. Our headquarters is now located at Strijp‑T and almost 100 people now work worldwide.”

What is your role?

“As Human Resources Manager I am, among other things, responsible for both attracting and developing talent worldwide. We provide support to our team managers and team members to be the best version of themselves. The professional High Tech appearance of our building helps with this. With us you work in an inspiring, pleasant working environment. When you walk around here the dynamic is tangible.”

Who would you like to be on the T with and why?

“Another large company at Strijp-T is Ennatuurlijk. I would like to meet the HR manager of this company sometime and get inspiration on how they creatively deal with the same issues we encounter.”
