Visible from all sides: the sixth floor of office tower TX3.

At Strijp-T the highest point of the third office tower on building TX is now also clearly visible. The sixth floor of tower TX3 has recently been reached and now proudly rises above the site – a beautiful and impressive sight!

This new tower, which rises next to the blue-colored TX1 tower and the fully glass TX2 tower, will soon receive a characteristic 'machine green' color. A deliberate nod by architect Stefan de Bever (de Bever Architecten) to the industrial past of this site, where Philips for years produced machines for, among other things, televisions. This tower is being built in a recognizable, typically Philips office style and scale and will eventually offer a total of approximately 12,500 m² of modern office space for the innovative and creative high-tech manufacturing industry.

Like the nearby TQ5 building, TX3 gets contemporary additions such as loggias – recessed balconies – that provide extra natural light, views and comfort for the future users.

TX1 has now been fully leased toBosch Netherlands B.V., Keenfinity Group and Bosch Rexroth, who will soon move in here. In TX2, four floors are still available. The completion of TX3 is scheduled for the end of 2026.

The transformation of the TX-complex is progressing smoothly and is still on schedule thanks to many enthusiastic skilled tradespeople who accomplish a huge amount of work every day. It is a valuable addition to this unique part of Eindhoven, where innovation is flourishing once more – exactly as Philips did here for many years.
