Second construction crane arrives at Strijp-T.

The redevelopment and renovation of the former Philips machine factory, building TX, is progressing well. A large part of the floor in the factory hall has been removed, the atrium (new inner courtyard) is already clearly visible. As well as the first floor of the new office tower TX1 and the foundation of office tower TX2. From now on, work is being carried out simultaneously with two construction cranes on the first two towers that will be built on top of the existing TX building. Later, the third tower will be constructed. Who knows, there might be a moment in the future when three construction cranes are visible on our site. With the second construction crane, the grand transformation project of almost 60,000 m2 has gained momentum to welcome the first tenant, Bosch Security and Safety Systems / Bosch Rexrot, to Strijp-T in 2025.
