Second construction crane arrives at Strijp-T

The redevelopment and renovation of the former Philips machine factory, building TX, is progressing smoothly. A large part of the floor in the industrial hall has meanwhile been removed, the through-passage (new inner courtyard) is already clearly visible. As are the first floor slab of the new office tower TX1 and the foundation of office tower TX2. From now on, two construction cranes are therefore being used simultaneously to work on the first two towers that will be built on top of the existing TX building. Later the third tower will be built. Who knows, there may soon be a moment when three construction cranes are visible on our site. With the second construction crane, the major transformation project of almost 60.000 m2 has really gained momentum to soon welcome the first tenant, Bosch Security and Safety Systems / Bosch Rexrot to Strijp-T in 2025.
