Who follows?

... asks Co-founder and Co-CEO Ron Meelen.Qualified.Technologyis engaged in promoting technological development and unlocking technical expertise by connecting experts and sharing expertise to solve social and economic challenges to change the world for the better.

In the glass cathedral on Strijp-T, Avular is already located, but has made part of the space available for the workspace concept ‘MELT at Avular’. Here, robotics and high-tech start-ups and scale-ups can establish themselves. With the 6,000 square meters that this former Philips Glass Laboratory measures, the building is an inspiring working environment for companies that complement each other in the high-tech manufacturing industry. Initiator Avular, a mobile robot manufacturer and software developer, occupies 2,500 square meters of the building. The remaining 3,500 square meters serves as a shared workspace with ready-to-use offices, lab, test and experience rooms for other companies in the robotics industry.

On the ground floor of MELT at Avular there is a lab and testing space for robotics. Startups and scale-ups form a community there and can share each other's facilities. There is also space to test mobile robots and drones. The first tenants have now moved in. On the first and second floors high-tech companies will occupy ready-to-use offices with 10 to 30 workstations. 8 of the 16 offices have already been rented. There is also space for a select group of flexible workers who strengthen the community.
