At (the) T at... Sven Braat from SoMMedia

This time we took our T-pot to Sven Braat from SoMMedia, who recently established a TV studio in building TQ1. Especially special when you know that in 1932 Philips was located in the exact same spot with a film studio complex for recording sound films, nicknamed 'PhiliWood'.

What does jow bedrijf mean?

'We create all kinds of videos, from corporate promotions to animations, as well as live streams and hybrid events. Our mission is simple: we bring stories to life with creative video content. We help companies to convey their message engagingly and impactfully. We do this with video and/or animation.'

Our studio at T plays a central role in this, making it easy to collaborate with our neighbors; reception and afterparty with snacks and drinks at Vascobelo. But also with Studio Paul Raats, who has presented his exhibition in our studio, and Bosch Security and Safety Systems, who regularly use our facilities.

What is jowar roti?

At SoMMedia, they call me the 'Master of ordered chaos'. What does that mean? Well, I am actually the one who takes care of the technical side of our productions and comes up with creative concepts. It's a bit of a mix between a technician and a creative mind, I make sure everything runs smoothly and come up with awesome ideas together with the team!
