Het terrein inclusief gloeilampplantsoen en de verschillende voormalige fabriekscomplexen van Philips ondergaan de laatste jaren in razend tempo een volledige metamorfose. Dit alles met respect voor het oorspronkelijke architectonische karakter. Klaar om bedrijven uit de innovatieve High Tech maakindustrie te huisvesten. De energie van weleer is nog duidelijk voelbaar en blijft symbolisch zichtbaar door de iconische hoge tweelingschoorsteen die volledig worden gerestaureerd. Niet voor niets luidt de slogan op Strijp-T: vol energie ondernemen. Met als doel Strijp-T samen met Strijp-S en Strijp-R onderdeel te laten zijn van Innovation District Strijp. Hierbij kenmerkt Strijp-T zich als duurzaam high-end bedrijvenpark voor ondernemingen die toe zijn aan de volgende fase, dus de startup fase voorbij zijn.
