Our house rules for using the rooftop terrace
Why
Now that the tent has been put back on the roof of building TQ, we want to remind everyone of the agreements on how to handle the use of the roof terrace. This is to make the use and enjoyment of the roof terrace of building TQ for everyone on Strijp‑T as easy, clear, tidy, safe and user‑friendly as possible.
For Whom
Strijp-T residents, that is, the employees and guests of companies that are located at Strijp-T. This concerns recreational use and organized business meetings.
Recreational use
During recreational use you stay on the roof terrace to, for example, eat your sandwich there or have a drink with your colleagues or guests. For this the roof terrace is freely accessible and no reservation is necessary. If everyone makes sure it stays tidy and leaves it as they found it, meaning also putting chairs and tables back where they were, everyone can continue to enjoy a clean and neat roof terrace.
Business meeting
If there is an organized/planned drinks reception, BBQ or other business gathering, this must always be arranged in consultation with the Strijp‑T manager and a reservation is necessary. Together with him you can then discuss the possibilities regarding catering and other matters you need to take into account.

So what can't
The use of the roof terrace is intended exclusively for business use, entrepreneur-related meetings.
Primarily for the companies on Strijp-T.
No private, individual parties, weddings, etc.
Smoking is not allowed.
