It is a new world of safety and comfort, but is that 'sense of security' we have really accurate? Updates Available is the recurring knowledge event in the Fontys ICT InnovationLab, accessible to everyone. This time the theme is 'sense of security', where various speakers share insights and experiences in the field of ICT-security. In addition to inspiring experts, there is also ample space to network and meet each other.
 
Speakers
During this edition Michael Wateran, cyber security architect at ACA IT-solutions, will speak about security and the impact that a breach of it can have on people and organizations. In addition, Dennis van Halteren, CTO at Defenced, will explain how he and his organization ensure security for customers with their Next Generation Security Operations Center. Mark Madsen, lecturer/researcher at Fontys ICT, will speak during Updates Available about the impact that big data has on our world.
