Official opening of artwork 'Silo T'

Strijp-T is known for its unique buildings, each building is almost a work of art in itself. On Friday, March 25th, a new artwork will be added to the art route at Strijp-T, namely: SILO T.

The artwork was exhibited during the graduation show of the Design Academy Eindhoven last year and is now getting a nice spot at Strijp-T.

SILO T:

For 40 years, this silo was used for pig feed. With the disappearance of small farms, many silos become redundant. Stella van Beers went in search of a suitable new purpose for these large, difficult-to-recycle objects. By considering a future function without losing sight of their origin. This silo with two floors and a balcony is now ready for a second life.

This is the first prototype, another piece of Brabant landscape at Strijp-T.

On Friday, March 25th, starting at 4:30 pm, we will officially open Silo T while enjoying a drink. We will gather at Vascobelo and then walk together to the following location 'SILO T':
