Strijp-T kicks off the holiday season

Did you know that we have our own beekeeper on the roof of the Innovation Powerhouse at Strijp-T?

This week we invited the Strijp-T community to kick off the holiday season together. Our Strijp-T Beekeeper Dirk De Brouwere provided an explanation and demonstration on how honey is made. Afterwards, everyone had the opportunity to extract honey from the honeycomb and spin it themselves. Then, each person could tap their own jar of delicious exclusive Strijp-T honey.

It was a very enjoyable and educational activity, and an original way to start the holiday together. Thank you to everyone who was THERE. We wish you a great holiday!
