Strijp-T kicks off the vacation

Did you know that we have our own beekeeper on the roof of the Innovation Powerhouse at Strijp-T?

This week we invited the Strijp-T community to kick off the holiday together. Our Strijp-T beekeeper Dirk De Brouwere explained and demonstrated how honey is made. Afterwards everyone could get hands-on to remove the honey from the comb and spin it out. After that, each person could fill a jar of delicious, exclusive Strijp-T honey.

It was a particularly fun and educational activity and an original way to usher in the holiday together like this. Thanks to everyone who was THERE. We wish you a pleasant holiday!
