On (the) T by... Andofcourse

This time our #StrijpTpot brought us to the fourth floor of building TQ and we visited Ennatuurlijk, a Strijp‑T resident since day one. We spoke there with Harjan Mols.

What does your company do?

“We are a supplier of sustainable energy and, among other things, the owner of the biomass plant here on the premises.”

What is your role?

"I am, as HR manager, together with my team responsible for facilitating development opportunities for the employees and the organization in the broadest sense of the word. I have held this position for three years. The fact that I come to Strijp‑T three days a week from Bergschenhoek (and work from home two days) indicates how inspiring it is to work here. The appearance of this building and its surroundings contributes to that. I also notice this with applicants. The appeal of Strijp‑T, such as its ‘own train station’, also helps, among other things, in attracting new talent. In addition, of course, to conveying our shared Ennatuurlijk pride, open character, positive energy and the warm-bath feeling you get when you come here."

Who would you like to see us go on the T with next time, and why?

“Down by the entrance I saw that Volantis is expanding. I would like to know more about this company. What exactly do they do, what challenges do they face, how do they treat their employees and what does Strijp-T mean to them?”
