TQ: the following transformation in Eindhoven

Strijp-T will become the new development area of Eindhoven. Two buildings characterize this area, the power plant and the TQ building. TQ was built in the 1950s to keep up with the growth of Philips. In many ways, it is a special place for the industrial development of Eindhoven.

Companies like FEI, ASML, and the European branch of Fluke have their origins here. But the building also has clear characteristics of the time in which it was built. If a nuclear war were to break out, this would be the place from which Philips would be governed and rebuilt. The atomic bunker was under the management of Philips Corporate Security. e52 went to see and made a photo report of this special place. Check out the photo report.
