EINDHOVEN - Surprised looks Tuesday morning at Strijp-T in Eindhoven, where an unusual scene unfolded.

Around 10:20 a military helicopter unexpectedly landed at the industrial estate. A little less than an hour later, the helicopter returned for a second lightning visit.

According to a spokesperson from Eindhoven Air Base, this was a regular military exercise of the Air Mobile Brigade, a 'search operation' in which sixteen soldiers were dropped off by a Cougar helicopter to search several buildings for 'hostages and hostage takers' and then picked up again. "This location provides additional training opportunities. Normally, these exercises are conducted on the heath," said the spokesperson.
