Redevelopment of Philips Glass Laboratory Building TY

Recently, Philips has left the glass laboratory - Building TY at Strijp T. This was the last building that Philips rented from us. For 60 years, Philips was a loyal customer. Without Philips, our company probably would have never become what it is today. We are proud of this longstanding partnership and consider it a privilege that we have been able to restore beautiful buildings such as TR, TQ, and TAQ to their former glory.

Now that Philips has left the former Glass Laboratory, we also want to redevelop this building. We are being guided by a team of experienced specialists led by the architectural firm Diederen Dirrix. They have the challenge of giving the building a new and contemporary function while preserving its character.
