Successful second edition of the StrijpT Rooftop concert

A fantastic location, beautiful weather, live music, delicious food and drinks and a stunning sunset made for a top StrijpT community Event on the rooftop terrace of buildingTQ.

More than 200 Strijp-T residents listened to various bands, all with a link to Strijp-T.

The evening started with ‘Celebr8tion’, the new band of Strijp-T manager and drummer Wilfred van der Eerden. Next it was the turn of the Strijp-T ad hoc band with 7 musicians from 6 different Strijp-T companies. A surprise act was not missing either. This time in the form of a joint drumming performance by the 'Rooftop brothers'. The final band to play was ‘Storing’, the band in which Eric Slaats from Fontys ICT plays guitar and sings. The bands were alternated by Strijp-T DJ Alex Hupkes from KRAGT.

Without doubt a lasting annually recurring tradition because of the conviviality and the fact that 'making music together or listening together fosters camaraderie'. And that in turn contributes to the special close friendly community feeling on T.
