Building TX update

The impressive transformation of building TX (60.000 m²) at Strijp-T is progressing well! The third office tower is now also clearly visible above the existing industrial hall.

Building TX, once Philips's machine factory, is being redeveloped by GEVA Vastgoed with respect for its valuable architectural past, according to a design by Stefan de Bever of de Bever architects. Soon the three new office towers will sit 'on top of' the existing factory hall, connected to each other by an extensive roof terrace. In addition there will be a central meeting square where two patios transform the existing basement space into four studios. In the enormous basement there will be, among other things, a bicycle parking facility for approximately 1,000 bicycles.

By the end of this year Bosch will be the first company to establish itself in building TX.
