Building TX

Building TX (built 1956–1957) at #StrijpT is the former machine factory of Philips. In this building the machines for the production of, among other things, televisions and X-ray equipment were made. With a length of 270 meters and a width of 67.5 meters, it is the longest factory ever built by Philips.

This building is currently being fully renovated and transformed into a modern multi-user commercial building with new-build quality and comfort while preserving the historical architectural value. The first parts of the renewed exterior shell of the original TX industrial hall with sawtooth roof are already becoming visible, as are the new-build towers TX1 and TX2.
