The location of Strijp-T is strategic in the heart of Brainport; one of the three mainports of the Netherlands, close to the city center of Eindhoven. The area is easily accessible thanks to a train station on the doorstep, an airport just around the corner and a short distance to the highway. And with the necessary parking facilities spread across the site, it's never a long walk to your destination.

The Eighth Road, on the track side of Strijp-T, one of the access roads will be connected to the city ring (Beukenlaan). This makes the Achtseweg a frontage for Strijp-T, with new entrances and improved orientation toward the station. At the station, the Klokgebouw and building TQ together form the two important buildings on the future station square.
The Swan Street/Oirschot Dikewill largely become a bicycle street, inaccessible to cars. Strijp-T will thus also get an attractive green route for slow traffic with a good connection to the extended Torenallee, the interchange with Strijp-S. A possible cross-connection between the Halvemaanstraat and the Achtseweg south connects Strijp-T with Strijp-R and Drents village.
