Building TX

The former machine factory, Building TX, is the next building we are going to redevelop to deliver by mid-2025. The existing hall will be transformed with respect for its history and divided into multiple industrial halls. Additionally, the building will have a spacious walkway so that it is easily accessible all around, creating a central cozy square. On top of the existing hall, three office towers of 5 floors each will rise.
